• Employment and education verifications

PPE ID is fully compliant with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). By using our services, you confirm that:

• You have obtained proper written consent from each individual before submitting a background check request.

• You will use background reports only for lawful employment or volunteer purposes.

• You will provide any required pre-adverse and adverse action notices, as required by law.

 

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use our services only for legal and authorized purposes

• Not use background checks for personal, credit, housing, or insurance decisions

• Ensure accuracy in your submitted information and authorization forms
