Why We Exist

PPE ID was founded by a team of experienced HR professionals and child protection advocates who saw a dangerous gap in how many organizations screen the people they trust to care for others.

• Too many small organizations can’t afford thorough background checks.

• Too many checks are “one and done,” with no follow-up, no HR support, and no accountability.

• Too many children are harmed because screening was skipped—or incomplete.

We created PPE ID to change that.
